Woodlands World will gladly refund or exchange items within 30 days of purchase date with the original receipt. Please send all returns to:

Please send item(s) insured via the US Postal Service or UPS Ground. In order to receive credit for merchandise, items must be in the manufacturer’s original packaging. If defective, Woodlands World will adhere to the manufacturer’s warranty policies. Installation and other fees for services performed are nonrefundable after the service has been completed. All refunds will be returned by original tender type. Checks are subject to a 14-day waiting period.

THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED: FIREARMS, BOWS, AMMUNITION, AND TREE STANDS. OTHER EXCLUSIONS MAY APPLY.

NOTE: Merchandise purchased from the Woodlands World retail store must be returned there.
